Job Summary: Provides direct patient care by assisting the surgeon in achieving desired surgical outcomes.
Aids perioperative team by scrubbing and caring for the patient before, during and after surgical intervention.

Minimum of 1 year previous experience!

Educational, certification and/or licensure requirements;

BLS
Experience as Surgical Scrub or CVOR preferred
CST certification needed

· Reporting structure; New hire > Charge > Shift Coordinator > Manager > Director

· Work hours and on-call hours required; 12, 10 or 9-hour shifts, days/evenings with on call

· Relocation fee and applicable details; Up to $10K for relocation

$20k retention package to these employees for a two-year commitment.
5K in first check,
5k at end of 1 year.
10k at end of year two.
Additionally, we will offer a 5k bonus to the vendor at the end of 1 year.
