Job Summary:
Our client, an award-winning biopharmaceutical company with over 30 years of experience in developing and commercializing CNS products, is expanding their sales force with a newly launched FDA-approved ADHD medication. This role involves selling this groundbreaking product, which is the first non-steroidal ADHD medication approved in over a decade, to psychiatrists, pediatricians, and neurologists. This role is based in Gainesville or Jacksonville, FL, and requires no overnight travel.
Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell the newly FDA-approved ADHD medication to psychiatrists, pediatricians, and neurologists within the Florida territory.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to effectively communicate the benefits and features of the ADHD product.
  • Conduct product presentations and provide educational materials to healthcare providers to support the use of the ADHD medication.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning, prospecting, and effective sales techniques.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on sales goals, marketing initiatives, and product updates.
  • Attend relevant industry events and conferences as needed to represent the company and build professional networks.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience, ideally with a track record of success in office equipment, telecommunications, payroll, or advertising sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to rank in the top 25% of sales performers, with documented proof of success.
  • Experience in a current sales position for more than 2 years, with a stable employment history.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and achieve sales goals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of or experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus but not required.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Base salary: $75,000 - $80,000
  • Total compensation package: $110,000 - $115,000
  • Company car and full expenses covered
