Qualifications:
- Must hold or be eligible for licensure in Kentucky.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA) required.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be necessary for certain units.
- Associate degree from an accredited college or university.

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

Job Details:
- Reporting structure: New hire > Charge > Shift Coordinator > Manager > Director.
- Salary and shift differential pay: $29-$43.50 per hour, $8 on-call pay.
- Work hours and on-call requirements: 12, 10, or 9-hour shifts, days/evenings with on-call.
- Relocation assistance: Up to $10K.
- Retention package: $20K for a two-year commitment, distributed over two years.
- Sign-on bonus: None.
- Urgency to fill positions: ASAP.
- Number of beds in unit: 4 CVOR first starts, with planned expansion.
- Clinician/patient ratio: 2:1.
- Educational, certification, and licensure requirements: BLS, ACLS, ADN or BSN.
- Types of diagnoses and patients cared for: Complex cardiovascular conditions.
- Interview process: Onsite interview with leadership, shadowing opportunity, orientation.
- Management positions: Dedicated CVOR board runner/service line coordinators, operational support manager.
