Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of financial services and investment opportunities to high-net-worth individuals.
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline of prospects within the Houston area.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, consistently being a top producer in the territory.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful product delivery.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting financial services.
- 7-14 years of sales experience with a proven track record of being a top producer.
- Strong knowledge of finance and investment products.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or graduate of a top school is a plus.
- Former military experience or background as a college/professional athlete is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel within the Texas region, with minimal overnight stays (approximately 10% travel).
- Experience in B2B sales within industries such as IT, payroll/tax services, or corporate finance is a plus.
- Base salary: $175,000
- Total compensation package: $250,000 - $300,000 in the first year
- Competitive commission structure, expenses covered, and full benefits package
- Significant earning potential with average annual income exceeding $750,000 after the first year
