Required Qualifications
Reporting Structure: New hire > Charge > Shift Coordinator > Manager > Director
Work Hours: Cath 7 PM - 7 AM or 7 AM - 7 PM, EP 7 PM - 7 AM or 7 AM - 7 PM, with the expectation to stay late depending on patient flow (Stay Pay allocation post 30 minutes).
On-Call Hours:
Cath Lab: 6:30 PM - 7 AM on weekdays, 7 AM Saturday - 7 AM Monday on weekends
EP: No on-call, but required to stay late to finish cases

Additional Information
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Kentucky
- Basic Life Support (BLS) accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Two years of experience in a Cardiovascular Laboratory or two years of critical care experience, preferably in ICU
- BLS, ACLS, and ADN or BSN
- Cath Lab/EP monitoring and critical lab background preferred

- Up to $10K for relocation
- $20K retention package for a two-year commitment:
- $5K in the first check
- $5K at the end of the first year
- $10K at the end of the second year
- Additional $5K bonus to the vendor at the end of the first year

- Unit Size: 21 bays in pre/post-op, 6 Cath lab procedure rooms, 3 EP procedure rooms, occupying an entire floor in the Heart Hospital
- Clinician/Patient Ratio: 2:1
- Average Daily Patient Load: Approximately 30 cases per day
- Common Diagnoses and Procedures: STEMI, NSTEMI, ablations, pacemakers, TAVR, TMVR, structural heart procedures, Watchman, Mitra Clips, PCI, Impella, right and left heart catheterizations
- Orientation: 8-16 weeks, depending on experience level
- Salary and shift differential pay: $29-$43.50/8.00 per hour call pay
