This role focuses on selling point-of-care diagnostic equipment to hospitals within the Oklahoma territory. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in capital equipment sales to critical care units, a proven track record of success, and the drive to become a future leader within a rapidly growing company.
Responsibilities:
- Sell point-of-care diagnostic equipment to hospitals, targeting departments such as the CCU, ICU, Cath Lab, Respiratory, and Laboratory.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets within the Oklahoma territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators, physicians, and key decision-makers.
- Demonstrate new technology and product innovations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and applications in acute care diagnostics.
- Manage the complete capital sales cycle, from initial contact through negotiation and closing, with a focus on long-term customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Travel within the territory as required, approximately 30% of the time.
- 3-5+ years of experience in capital equipment sales to hospitals, with a focus on critical care units such as CCU, ICU, Cath Lab, and Respiratory.
- Proven ability to document and highlight sales success, including meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Strong understanding of the capital sales cycle and experience in navigating complex hospital procurement processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
- Must reside within the territory (Oklahoma) and be willing to travel as needed.
- Base salary: $90,000 - $110,000
- Total compensation package: $160,000 - $180,000
